Cross-contamination warning: Our kitchen is small and our fryers are situated next to each other. We strive to keep the Gluten Free fryer free from cross contamination from the general fryer As a Gluten Free alternative we can use squid dusted with gluten free flour rather than Panko breadcrumbs and cooked in our gluten free flour we unfortunately cannot guarantee or recommend that a coeliac can safely consume food cooked in our fryers.
The Lobster Pod kitchen is small and is a Seafood Restaurant and although every care and diligence is carried out in our operations, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes will not be cross-contaminated with Fish, crustacean or molluscs. There are also dishes containing nuts and sesame on our menu and again we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes might not be cross contaminated with either nuts or sesame seeds.
