We take steps to minimise the risk of cross contamination by training our staff on the risks, however we are unable to guarantee no cross contamination. WARNING lyonnaise potatoes or cooked in a deep fat fryer that contains gluten. The Cottage Hotel fryers are not Gluten Free as they are used to cook foods containing wheat for example parsnip crisps and Lyonnaise potatoes are therefore not gluten free. When preparing foods, colour coded cutting boards are used to help prevent cross contamination and assists in safe allergen control.
